Gregg Clevenger

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Gregg Clevenger is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for GXS and is responsible for all financial activities at the company. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets, including most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Infinia Corporation, a solar technology company, from late 2007 to mid 2010. Prior to that, he served briefly as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of iQor, an international accounts receivable management company, and was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mpower Communications, a publicly-traded communications provider, for more than five of the seven years he spent with the company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Clevenger was an investment banker for ten years, completing nearly 50 transactions across 11 countries while working with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Argent Group in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.

He received a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, both from Washington University in St. Louis.
