GXS is committed to enhancing and maintaining its products and services through direct input and feedback from its customers. User groups and Customer Advisory Boards provide a direct communication link between GXS and the customers it serves.

GXS User Groups and Advisory Boards are collaborative and confidential forums that bring together a select group of customers representing the diverse spectrum of the industries served. Each group’s overriding goal is to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the development of new products and services that better meet our customers’ business needs.

Current User Groups and Strategic Advisory Boards:

TLi User Group
This is an independent discussion group for users of GXS TrustedLink for i (TLi) EDI translation software for the IBM i platform. IBM i is the integrated operating environment for IBM Power Systems, which has been around for more than 20 years since the introduction of AS/400 and its System i successor. In this group, you can learn new tricks and techniques, find information and get questions answered from peers. Founded in 2004, this Yahoo! group has 295 members.
TLE User Group
This list is used for communication between users of the GXS TrustedLink electronic data interchange (EDI) software. The group is maintained by an MIT.edu list-serv and has more than 300 members.
TLW User Group
This discussion forum is exclusively for end users of GXS TrustedLink Windows software. To make sure this online community is a place for TLW users to exchange their first-hand product experiences, involvement by GXS is limited and vendors are prohibited from advertising their services and products. The moderator may remove any member of the group for engaging in actions that are deemed inappropriate to the nature of this forum.
BizManager User Group
The GXS BizManager User Group consists of people representing companies using BizManager software solutions: BizManager with Transformation, BizConnect, and BizLink. The GXS BizManager User Group is governed and administered by the GXS user community.
GXS Integration Special Interest Group
The purpose of the GXS Integration Special Interest Group (SIG) is to meet in conjunction with representatives from GXS to discuss matters relating to the design, development, enhancements and best practices of the GXS software products known as: Application Integrator™ (Application Integrator) and Enterprise Gateway™ (Enterprise Gateway).
GXS Financial Services Customer Advisory Board
The GXS Financial Services Customer Advisory Board (FS CAB) brings together industry leaders across commercial banking, credit card, insurance, securities and corporate treasury. Through ongoing, collaborative dialogue, the FS CAB helps shape our strategic direction and solutions roadmap to meet the unique requirements of the financial services sector.

The GXS Managed Services Customer Advisory Board furthers customer collaboration to ensure the success and growth of GXS and its customers.
GXS SAP Customer Advisory Board
The GXS SAP Customer Advisory Board enables customers to share best practice methodologies and experiences associated with SAP/B2B integration projects. The board works directly with GXS to define SAP-related integration enhancements to our GXS Managed Services and GXS Trading Grid integration cloud platform.
