Product Enhancement Request
Many of GXS’s product enhancements come from direct customer requests for specific capabilities. There are various methods in which customers make specific product functionality requests. A customer may convey requirements to their Project Manager, Account Executive, Customer Support, or directly to Product Management. However, the preferred method is by completing the Product Enhancement form** below. Once a request is received by Product Management, it is prioritized and given an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for its allocation to an upcoming release of the product suite, as part of the standard product roadmap management process. GXS has enjoyed much success in working very closely with customers to solve their business needs. Many of the innovations included in our product portfolio are directly attributed to feedback from our customers.
