GXS Teambook

GXS TeamBook is a customer collaboration interface for B2B projects and community management. This service provides an easy to use, intuitive information sharing portal to support collaborative supply chains. It affords a secure and central location for customers to store and collaborate on critical documents with GXS. Additionally, it provides the ability for Managed Services customers to manage the dynamic needs of their trading partner community by providing visibility into trading partner and mapping information and by facilitating the change management process.

GXS TeamBook is an important new service because it enables collaboration and enhances visibility capabilities for our Managed Services customers. This service is now available globally for all new Managed Services customers.

Document Sharing and Collaboration

Upload, download, edit, share and collaborate on project related documentation.

Change Request Management

Submit and track change request for new maps, map enhancements, new trading partners, changes to current trading partners, and other general change requests. This will also include the ability to track Service Level performance on each request.

Trading Partner Information

Visibility into trading partner data, including sender/receiver IDs, addresses, map names, and more.

On-Demand Customer Survey

Ability to submit customer survey responses directly via GXS TeamBook. Survey feedback is reviewed by GXS executive team on a regular basis.

Shared Calendar and Contact List

Shared location for all GXS and customer contacts information, announcements, calendar items and links to websites.

User Management

Ability to add new users to your GXS TeamBook site as well as modify current user rights.

Update Notifications

Configurable email and RSS alerts based on updates to documents in TeamBook.
