Course Description:
The course covers the concepts of the Enterprise system and how to use the standard bridges of Enterprise: CFTP, COS, EE and AI Bridge.

Participants will use the Support User’s Web-based User Interface (WUI) to perform administrative tasks; use the basic document-level tracking and reporting facilities, and; monitor Enterprise using Audit Log and other utilities and diagnose error messages and determine corrective actions.

Required Prerequisites:

• High-leveI understanding of the basics as described in the ANSI X12 tutorial
• Read the Enterprise System Concepts Guide and System Overview
• In-depth familiarity with your company business processes and EAI and EDI strategies
• Know your company's Enterprise System version and which optional modules are included

Course Objective:
Participants will learn how to set up users and create trading relationships, send and receive EDI and non-EDI documents, and set global Enterprise system parameters.
