Course Description:

This is a 2-day instructor led session on the Trading Grid Messaging Service (TGMS) for Reseller Customer Support staff. A combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises will be used to provide the student with the necessary skills to provide basic support to the TGMS customer. The intended audience for this course is TGMS Reseller Customer Support staff, those who will be directly involved with providing level 1 support to customers.
