Training Center Policies
Registration for all courses can be made through the individual course listing. Class registrations close two days prior to the beginning of the program. An email confirming your registration will be sent within one to two business days. Class confirmation information includes the date, location information, class time, cancellation policy, accommodation information, and any pre-class homework or assessments. We will need a minimum of three registered students to hold a class. Please refer to the Course Listing for course descriptions, pricing and schedule.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the training class in which you enrolled, please notify us in writing at training@gxs.com as soon as possible. If you cancel during the seven business days prior to the beginning of class, you will be responsible for 50% of the cost of the course. If you simply fail to attend the class, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the course, or if applicable, the training seat included with your software purchase will be forfeited.

GXS reserves the right to cancel any class. If we cancel, we will notify all students at least seven business days prior to the planned start date. If you have prepaid for the class, the full tuition will be refunded. As a result, we suggest that you purchase refundable airline tickets.

Class Times and Messages
Most courses run from 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. daily unless otherwise noted. We will gladly take messages or facsimiles for you while you are attending class. For the Raleigh Training Center, you can direct your colleagues to call 919-786-5100 or fax to 919-786-5250.   For the Gaithersburg Training Center, you can send a fax to 301-340-4070.
