Course Description:
This is a self paced demonstration to display the upgrade process for an EC Support Net (ECSN) user to Trading Grid Online (TGO). TGO is a web interface portal that allows TGMS users to manage their account and TGMS mailbox activities. This demo will provide users a walk through of the upgrade process from signing on to the application to importing additional mailboxes.

Course Pre-requisites:

• Basic understanding of EDI
• Familiarity with Trading Grid Messaging Services (TGMS)

Course Objectives:

This demo will cover the following topics:

• Introduction to Trading Grid Online
• Signing on to EC Support Net to demonstrate the upgrade steps
• Signing on to the new Trading Grid Online account to import additional mailboxes
