  • Professional Development Training: GXS encourages individual career development and improving performance by assisting employees in their academic endeavors in work and career related studies.  GXS will refund certain costs incurred in respect of approved study through recognised and accredited institutions and in accordance with policies will provide time off to support private study and sitting of examinations.

  • Technical Training: GXS offers opportunities for training in technical topics such as Object-Oriented development, component software assembly, Web programming, software engineering and methodologies or project management.

  • Continuing Development: Courses are offered in topics such as effective presentation, leadership development and effective facilitation. These courses, along with technical training, provide employees with opportunities for well-rounded growth.
