Managed Services offers the technical infrastructure to conduct a global B2B program, including hosted integration services, data translation, transaction visibility, systems administration and robust reporting capabilities. In addition, GXS Managed Services provide you the B2B expertise to deliver world-class B2B program management, trading community management and customer support.

Managed Services features include:
- Mapping and Translation— Mapping of data structures from the format of internal applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Oracle to the formats required by external trading partners such as EDI (ANSI X12, Tradacoms, EDIFACT), XML and RosettaNet.
- Trading Community Management— GXS will perform on-boarding of trading partners such as customers, suppliers, distributors, logistics providers and financial institutions on your behalf. Onboarding services include communication and education of trading partners as well as implementation and testing.
- Technical Support— GXS provides 24x7 call centre support, troubleshooting and problem resolution for B2B programs. Support is offered in numerous time zones around the world and in multiple languages including English, French, German, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin Chinese.
- Data Centre Operations— GXS performs all day-to-day management of the B2B infrastructure, including systems health monitoring, data backups, network management, systems administration, database management and application support.
